Our PRIDE Patch Bandana was created as a small reminder that every adventure is better when everyone belongs. Made from our signature patchwork design using rescued fabric, each bandana carries a message of inclusion, community, and love without conditions. Whether you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally walking alongside them, thank you for helping make the world a little brighter, a little safer, and a little more accepting. The Pride bandana will be made from 6 fabrics in the color scheme of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple lined on top of one another to symbolize the LGBTQ flag while the other half will be a solid yellow canvas and met in the middle by a signature S shaped curve. All patch squares chosen by the BFW shop and may be slightly different from one another!

SHIPPING: Our patchwork bandanas take longer than a usually bandana to make in our shop. By having a patchwork bandana in your order, this may delay your order from our normal shop processing time of 10-15 business days. If you need your order in a quickly timeline, reach out to us to inquire about expedited shop processing costs.

Only let your furry friend wear a bandana and use all products when supervised for their safety. We are not responsible for any damages to our products or damages to any personal property.

EXTRA-SMALL (XS): Best for our littlest of furry friends! (Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Miniature Pinscher, Pomeranian). Take a look at the measurements, this may meet the needs of your feline friends too!

SMALL (S): This size typically meets the needs of our armful size pets! (Boston terrier, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Beagle, French bulldog, Basenji, Miniature Schnauzer).

MEDIUM (M): Perfect for those pups that are getting too big to pick up and hold! (Australian Shepard, Border Collie, Basset Hound, Vizsla, Bulldog, Boxer, Shiba Inu, German Shorthaired Pointer).

LARGE (L): Got a big ol' pooch? Don't worry we have you covered! Best for breeds on the larger side of life! (Lab, Golden Retriever, Large Doodle Mix, Great Dane, Alaskan Husky, Afghan Hound, Belgian Sheepdog, Bernese Mountain Dog, Bloodhound, St. Benard). Our size large is perfect for humans too, if you want to dress to match your loved one or don't have an animal but just straight up love our prints for yourself!

Machine wash cold on delicate, Do not tumble dry. Washing this item in warm or hot water or tumble drying this item may cause the fabric to constrict and shrink. Please note washing the item will cause natural wear to the leather tag and tumble drying on high heat can cause fabric to shrink. Do not use bleach. Do not iron the leather tag. *Disclaimer: If you decide to purchase a custom iron on transfer with your bandana, washing can cause it to become worn over time and degrade in quality. To preserve the print of the iron on transfer, wash infrequently. Do not iron over the transfer, do not dry clean.
If you would like a custom name printed on your Bandana, be sure to place "Add on: Name" into your cart found HERE. These will be placed on with Cricut cut iron on transfers. If you do not select a specific color, we will select the best color that goes with the design. Adding a quantity of 1 Add on:Name will get you one name in one color under 10 characters for one side of your bandana or accessory purchased.

Not in love? Items must be in their original state: Unwashed, unworn, unaltered. Returns that are damaged or soiled or not in our original state will not be accepted and will not be returned to the customer. It is upon the discretion of But First, West if a return will be accepted or not based on the condition it is returned to the maker. The customer is responsible for shipment and arrival of the return package to But First, West. At this time, But First, West is only offering a return shipping and handling label provided directly from our shop with an approved Return Request. For all domestic return orders, a non-refundable flat shipping rate of $10 USD will be taken out of the return refund. Please note that the shipping charges from But First, west to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable. If the products to be returned exceed a S/H rate greater than $10 USD, the customer is responsible for the total amount of the S/H label which will be deducted from the total refund.

Returns are being processed within 14 business days of arriving back to us! Please ensure that your But First, West piece is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. You have 10 business days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. If the package does not track with viable shipping that is in transit back to the shop within 15 business days of the packages original shipping date (continues to show as "Pre transit), this is not the responsibility of But First, West and will not result in a refund of any kind. Returns that are not sent back within the 15 business days window will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any collaboration items, custom design piece, any item from our Second's Shop or bulk wholesale orders and these are final purchase. We do not offer exchanges or alterations without prior approval directly from But First, West and may be subject to a customization fee.

All Sale items are final sale and not elligable for return.

At this time, But First, West does not offer exchanges. Items eligible for return can be processed for store credit as defined above.
The buyer is responsible for providing an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs our makers studio. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
