This exclusive adventure bandana is only sold as a bundle with our Classy Mother Pupper Little Flicker tin and will not be sold individually (Does not include an accessory).

The Little Flicker is a 3.5 oz. gold steel flat tins with screw top lid. All-natural soy candle with a cross wood wick. Approximately 15 hours of flame, and intoxicated aroma. Its the perfect travel companion for all your summer adventures.

The buyer is responsible for providing an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs our maker studio. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays or undeliverable packages. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Fire safety warning: This item is a fire hazard. Keep candles at least 12 inches away from anything that burns. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Do not place lighted candles where they can be knocked over by children, pets or anyone else. Blow out candles when you leave a room or home, or when you go to bed. Never leave a candle unattended. Don't use lit candles in bedrooms, bathrooms and sleeping areas. Use flashlights, not candles, if you have a power outage. Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times. Never touch or move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquefied. When lighting a candle, use long matches or a long-reach lighter. Keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame.

Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, trim the wick, and check for unwanted drafts before re-lighting. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle. It’s the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering. Never use water to extinguish a candle. Water can cause the hot wax to splatter.

Make sure the candle is completely out and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving the room. Don’t touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.

We are not responsible for any damages to our products or damages to yourself any personal property due to our products. Use fire safety guidelines when utilizing this product at all times.

Not in love? Items must be in their original state: Unwashed, unworn, unaltered. Returns that are damaged or soiled or not in our original state will not be accepted and will not be returned to the customer. It is upon the discretion of But First, West if a return will be accepted or not based on the condition it is returned to the maker. The customer is responsible for shipment and arrival of the return package to But First, West. At this time, But First, West is only offering a return shipping and handling label provided directly from our shop with an approved Return Request. For all domestic return orders, a non-refundable flat shipping rate of $10 USD will be taken out of the return refund. Please note that the shipping charges from But First, West to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable. If the products to be returned exceed a S/H rate greater than $10 USD, the customer is responsible for the total amount of the S/H label which will be deducted from the total refund.

Returns are being processed within 14 business days of arriving back to us! Please ensure that your But First, West piece is packed in a way that will protect it for the return journey. You have 10 business days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. If the package does not track with viable shipping that is in transit back to the shop within 15 business days of the packages original shipping date (continues to show as "Pre transit), this is not the responsibility of But First, West and will not result in a refund of any kind. Returns that are not sent back within the 15 business days window will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any collaboration items, custom design piece, any item from our Second's Shop or bulk wholesale orders and these are final purchase. We do not offer exchanges or alterations without prior approval directly from But First, West and may be subject to a customization fee.

All Sale items are final sale and not eligable for return.

At this time, But First, West does not offer exchanges. Items eligible for return can be processed for store credit as defined above.
But First, West now has two options for name customization:

1) Embroidery: If you would like a custom name embroidered on your Bandana, be sure to place 'Add on: Embroidery Name' into your cart found HERE. Please be as specific with your color request as possible, for example, we prefer you write 'light blue' instead of 'blue' to help us best bring your vision to life. If you do not select a specific color, we will select the best color that goes with the design. Adding a quantity of 1 'Add on: Embroidery' will get you one name in one color under 10 characters for one side of your bandana or accessory purchased. NOTE: Because of the type of fabric, this bandana is only eligible for embroidery on the BACK side of the bandana.

2) Vinyl transfer: If you would like a custom name printed on your Bandana with vinyl, be sure to place "Add on: Vinyl Name" into your cart found HERE. These will be placed on with Cricut cut iron on transfers. If you do not select a specific color, we will select the best color that goes with the design. Adding a quantity of 1 Add on:Name will get you one name in one color under 10 characters for one side of your bandana or accessory purchased.
